The group of companies "Aurora" was established in December 2006 and its constellation consists of:

Aurora Distribution – acquisition of all types of rights for foreign feature films and sales of TV and ancillary rights at the territory of Ukraine; marketing and PR support of all "Aurora" companies, organization and participation in international estivals; international sales of self-produced content and feature films, TV movies and series produced by other Ukrainian studios

Aurora Film – theatrical distribution at the territory of Ukraine

Aurora Digital – release and sales of all formats of home video at the territory of Ukraine

Aurora Production – own production or financing of full-length feature films (2 per year), TV movies and series
