Successful 45-years old businessman has a skeleton in the closet: many years ago he left his pregnant fiancee because of the lame proof of adultery and that he was not the father of the expected baby.

Twenty four years later he is contacted by his former beloved who is dying from cancer.

She proves that she was faithful and innocent and asks him to keep an eye on his 23-year old daughter who has very independent spirit and mind of her own. In addition she warns him that the girl is aware of the reason of his leaving which turned him into her enemy number one.

Businessman finds a way to meet his daughter without opening up his identity. He does his best to become her real friend before revealing their true relation, but the situation gets out of control when the girl falls in love with him, breaks up with her fiancee and sets her mind on winning over her target.
